1 ripe banana
½ cup coconut oil
3 tbsp organic maple syrup
4 tbsp cocao powder
½ tsp organic vanilla extract
1/8 tsp pink Himalayan salt
¼ cup chia seeds
1 cup coconut hour
¼ cup + 1 tbsp
3 scoops LivWell
Optional: 2-3 tbsp nut butter of your choice
